How does it work?
- The client brings the item to you for service or repair, simply register their email and mobile-phone.
- The system will generate a unique identification-number for the item.
- Clients can be advised or updated using the instant messaging service.
- The service staff simply tick the completed items.
- The system then automatically sends an email, text or voice message. to the client notifying them that their item is ready for collection.
- Reminders are sent out at pre-determined times to any client who has not picked up their items until they are collected.
